For example, if a bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement, you need to wager the value of the bonus thirty times before withdrawals are available. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournament matches — are settled in accordance with official match results from the relevant governing body. Incomplete matches are settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type as displayed on the platform.

All bets placed and confirmed are final. Once a bet slip has been submitted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. It is your responsibility to check your bet details before confirming. Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for non-live titles. Live Casino results are determined by the live game outcome as recorded by the live dealer system.

If your account is suspended, you will not be able to deposit, bet or withdraw until the suspension is lifted or the relevant review is completed. If your account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, any balance in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed at your own request, your remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting be939 support. Please note that account closure requests made as part of a self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming system are treated differently — self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed early once applied.
